How often do you hear “beauty comes from within”. There is a lot of truth in that because if you’re felleing stressed or anxious it’s hard to look good.

The long term answer is to bring some sanity back into your life. Get some rest. You need to have enough sleep otherwise all you can think about is how tired you are, it isn’t going to be much fun.  Schedule time for resting as well as sleep and review your priorities.
