  3. Does the company offer services such as salon design & layout and do the staff have an interior design background?

  6. Does the company have a Federal I.D. Number?
  7. Is the company a member of the Better Business Bureau?

  9. Is the company rated highly by the manufacturers it represents?
  10. Does the company offer nationwide repair, installation and maintenance service?
  11. Are the delivery times of equipment realistically quoted so you can plan the arrival of your equipment to best suit your schedule?
  12. Does the company offer an extended warranty on the products it sells?
  13. Is the company a member of related beauty business organizations?
